Area 51 in Underwood is a popular venue for birthday parties, school excursions and sporting activities for kids to adults. This fully airconditioned indoor playground located 35 minutes from Brisbane CBD is the largest Family Entertainment Centre in Australia. It is a unique combination of an indoor play centre, sports centre and recreation centre.
Attractions include Climbing Walls, Trampoline Park, High Ropes Course, Ninja Park, multi-storey Gizmo’s Galaxy playground, giant purpose made inflatables, Galacticity for under 4’s, Astrotots fun park for under 2’s, Carnival Mega Slides and a Multi Purpose Sports Court.

Participants ages 5 and up can choose Head for Heights or Climb the Walls. Feeling adventurous? Why not upgrade your ticket to Power Play and access both High Ropes and Climbing Arena.

Do you allow outside food?
For the safety of all our customers, we strictly do NOT allow outside food – as some common allergens can hide in food and spread in the play areas.
Please be considerate of other customers who have allergies. People who are caught with outside food will be asked to pack it up.
Should you need to fuel up during your visit you may purchase food from our cafe, idumplings or mollis.
Can I bring a cake into the Venue?
Only NUT-FREE cakes are allowed, you may add our cakeage fee of $10 when you purchase your play passes.
Can we bring in water bottles?
I left something at the centre, how do I contact your Lost and Found?

Can I walk-in and purchase tickets at the counter?
It is best to book online so you can secure the tickets that you want. You can walk in however we cannot guarantee availability especially during weekends and school holidays.
Can I reserve a table?
No. Table seating is based on a first-come, first-served basis, and reservations are not accepted.
Can I reserve a round table?
The round tables are only available for Infinity Pizza Parties.
Can I wear my own grip socks?
Where do I find height and weight restrictions?

I have a cast, can I play?
We do not allow children/adults on the equipment if they have a cast.
Is Area 51 wheelchair accessible?
Yes, Area 51 is wheelchair accessible.
I'm a companion of a customer with special needs, do i need to purchase a ticket?
Companions of our customers with special needs, will receive a complimentary ticket.
Do Parents Need to Purchase Tickets?
Adults who are spectators or non-participants are free, whilst adults who wish to play on the equipment will require a ticket.
Do you offer refunds?
All Bookings are non-refundable.

Can I hire out the entire venue?
Yes exclusive hire is available from Monday to Friday.

- Area 51 is not responsible for any accidental injury sustained during play.
- No rough play, anyone observed exhibiting bullying, harassment or unlawful conduct will be asked to leave, no refund will be given.

- No smoking/vaping within the centre and 5m of the entry doors.
- Customers are required to pay for damages caused through misuse.
